Introduction

Bablu Malik alias Pradeep Malik was a renowned property dealer of Rohtak, Haryana. Malik family was one of the richest families of Rohtak. His family included Pradeep Malik, wife Babli Malik, daughter Tamanna alias Tanu alias Neha Malik and son Abhishek Maliik.

Incident Description

On 27 August 2021, Abhishek went to a party with his friends. When he returned from the party, he saw that the house was locked. Even the phone was not working, he called his uncle Praveen and told him that his uncle lived in his neighbourhood. He entered his house through the wall of his uncle's house and when he went inside, he saw that his father, mother, sister and grandmother were shot. And he was lying dead. When the police came, Abhishek looked very shocked and was crying a lot. When Abhishek was interrogated three times, he told different things about his travel time due to which the police became suspicious about him, then when the police interrogated him strictly, he told the police the whole truth.

Truth of the Incident

Actually Abhishek was a gay boy. He was in a relationship with one of his friends, Karthik. When his sister Tamanna came to know about this, she told this to her family members. Her father scolded her a lot. The family members also explained a lot but he did not agree. When his grandmother came to know about this, she said that she will go and explain it to him. She came to his house to explain it to him, but the son did not listen to anyone. His father banned him from meeting Karthik but Abhishek used to meet Karthik secretly. Abhishek was so possessed by the ghost of Karthik's love that he wanted to change his gender and run away abroad with his partner. घटना विवरण

27 अगस्त 2021 को अभिषेक अपने दोस्तों के साथ पार्टी में गया था। पार्टी से लौटा तो उसने देखा कि घर पर ताला लगा हुआ था। फोन भी नहीं लग रहा था उसने अपने मामा प्रवीण को फोन करके यह बात बताई उसके पड़ोस में उसके चाचा रहते थे।वह अपने चाचा के घर की दीवार से अपने घर में घुसा और अंदर जाकर देखा तो उसके पिता मां बहन और नानी को गोली लगी थी और वे मृत पड़े हुए थे। पुलिस आई उस समय अभिषेक बहुत सदमे में दिख रहा था और बहुत रो रहा था। अभिषेक से पूछताछ करने पर तीन बार की पूछताछ में उसने अपने आने जाने के समय को लेकर अलग-अलग बातें बताई जिससे पुलिस को उस पर शक हुआ तब पुलिस ने उससे सख्ती से पूछताछ की तो उसने पुलिस को सब सच बता दिया।

घटना की सच्चाई

दरअसल अभिषेक एक समलैंगिक लड़का था। वह अपने एक दोस्त कार्तिक से रिलेशनशिप में था। यह बात जब उसकी बहन तमन्ना को पता चली तो उसने यह बात अपने घर वालों को बताई ।उसके पिता ने उसे बहुत डांटा। घर वालों ने भी बहुत समझाया पर वह नहीं माना। उसकी नानी को जब यह बात पता चली तो उन्होंने कहा कि मैं उसे जाकर समझाऊंगी वह उसे समझाने के लिए उनके घर आई पर बेटा किसी के समझाने में भी नहीं आया। उसके पिता ने उसे कार्तिक से मिलने पर पाबंदी लगा दी पर अभिषेक कार्तिक से छुप-छुप कर मिलता था अभिषेक पर कार्तिक के प्यार का भूत इस कदर सवार हो गया था कि वह अपना जेंडर बदलवाकर अपने पार्टनर के साथ विदेश भाग जाना चाहता था। उसने यह बात अपने घर वालों से कही कि वह अपना जेंडर चेंज करवाना चाहता है और उसे इसके लिए ₹500000 चाहिए उसके पिता ने रुपए देने से मना कर दिया उसकी पॉकेट मनी भी बंद कर दी गई और उसकी स्कूटी भी उससे लेकर उसकी बहन को चलाने के लिए दे दी।

इन सब के चलते घर में बहुत ज्यादा टेंशन चल रही थी घर वालों ने भी उससे ज्यादा मतलब रखना छोड़ दिया था इन सब बातों से कुंठित होकर अभिषेक ने एक खतरनाक योजना बना डाली।

25 अगस्त को अभिषेक अपने दोस्त को दिल्ली बाईपास से सटे एक होटल में बुलाया। वे दोनों दो दिन तक होटल में ही रुके। इन दो दिनों में अभिषेक अपने घर की रेकी करता रहा उसे अपनी योजना को अंजाम देने का मौका नहीं मिला कभी घर में पड़ोसी होते तो कभी रिश्तेदार। 27 अगस्त को दिन में अभिषेक ने अपने घर जाकर अपनी मां पिता बहन और नानी को अपने पिता की ही गन से सिर में गोली मार दी। इस गन को अभिषेक को उसके पिता ने ही चलना सिखाया था क्योंकि अभिषेक के पिता जाने-माने प्रॉपर्टी डीलर थे। इसलिए उनके दोस्त होने के साथ-साथ और कई दुश्मन भी थे अभिषेक के साथ-साथ उन्होंने पूरे परिवार को भी गन चलाना सिखाया था उन्हें तब क्या पता था कि इसी गन से अभिषेक उनके पूरे परिवार को खत्म कर देगा जो कि उसने कर दिया। उसके दोस्त को जब यह पता चली तो वह उसे छोड़कर भाग गया।
